True DIAMOND, not just a bead...

 

This building is not very big and with the perspective of other mansions, typical for this town, it could even be regarded as “small”. And it is actually true, because what is a several-hundred-meter small palace in comparison to the typical 2000-3000 m2 mansions in this town (not offending the owners of those magnificent mansions, of course). However, this apparently small building, can surely be called a true DIAMOND, not just a bead. When the investor bought the plot with a ruined neoclassical palace, on the first day he decided to renovate this beautiful building. This is quite an “unpopular” behaviour, nowadays, due to economic reasons mostly. Usually such relics are brought to ruin and then demolished - it is cheaper this way. For all these reasons, the apparently “small palace” deserves the title of a true DIAMOND in this lovely town near Warsaw. The building was renovated with great care for details and enormous solicitude. It is very rare, today, therefore the attitude of the investor should be highly respected and regarded as exemplary. The work on the renovation of this palace was no bed of rose, but the commitment and persistence of the investor, despite all moments of uncertainty about the sense of the project, turned out to be worth all the money and efforts. The result is astounding, the care for details, the smallest fragments of the façade and the roof – altogether came out far better than expected. Our company has only slightly contributed to the final result, but we can proudly state that again ... The slate gives here the finishing touch...
